You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@shopenti.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide full return instructions, including where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We will inspect returned items upon receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items that have been used or opened where hygiene or safety applies

  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods (if applicable)

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Damage or issue reports submitted within the 5-day return window may still be reviewed, but earlier reporting helps us resolve them faster.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 5 days

  • The goods are in original packaging and condition
